Dear Harvest Symphony family,

If you’ve ever picked up a gluten-free muffin, cookie or bag of granola from our table and thought, this actually tastes like the real thing, this note is for you.

Harvest Symphony is a small, two-person bakery run by Buddy and Beth Harris. Beth does the baking. Buddy runs the table, talks with customers and, some days, talks a little too long about coffee! Everything we make is gluten-free, and we make it the way you would at home if you had the time: real ingredients, small batches, nothing mysterious on the label.

This past spring, Beth had an accident that severely injured her wrist, and we had to put the baking hold. Many of you noticed we were gone. You asked the market managers, wrote to us stopped by other tables to ask where the gluten-free lady had gone. Thank you! Those are a big part of why we’re coming back.

It took longer than we hoped, but Beth is healing, and we’ve rebuilt the business to fit a pace. We are now back in Sterling, and we’re returning with a tighter menu of the things people asked for most:, our best seller to bring home and keep on the shelf

Cookies and brownies, soft, rich and wholesome
Muffins, banana bread, apple bread and carrot cake, baked in small batches

We’ve also paused the pies and quiche for now so Beth can continue to recover her wrist.
